- United States Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive on the early side of this window, occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance inspections or severe weather conditions.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Every single order includes a secure tracking number. Your tracking code will become active within 2 to 3 days after shipment. You can track your package 24/7 through our website or by plugging your tracking number directly into the global tracking platform.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vanguard Chrono is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order by the United States border control. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If your package remains missing after 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact our support desk immediately at support@vanguardchrono.com.
